Please be aware that following proposed changes to the 2023/24 GP Contract agreed in April 2023, Patients are able to access their full online prospective medical records and health information (unless they have individually decided to opt-out or any exceptions apply) from the 1st November 2023 via their SystmOnline profile or the NHS App.
