Dear Patients,
Please be aware that we are having a new cloud based telephone system installed at Village Surgery on 27th September 2023. We are hoping that there will be minimal disruption to our telephone lines on that day, however, we would like to advise that there may be a 30 min downtime when patients will be unable to ring through to the surgery.
We are hopeful that this will not be the case but please be aware this may be unavoidable. The go live will commence after 10am that morning to avoid the standard 8am rush.
