To ensure that Village Surgery is doing everything possible to increase access and capacity for our patients we have initiated our new DNA policy. This policy will come into effect from Monday 14th August 2023.
This will aim at decreasing wasted appointments and will encourage patients to contact the surgery if they are unable to attend.
If patients continue to DNA their appointments, without reasonable justification then the practice may consider removal from our practice list.
