We have been looking at new ways to contact patients efficiently to ensure that traffic on our telephone system is not increased.
We have started contacting patients using ‘AccuRx’ messaging service to schedule appointments for reviews, vaccinations, medication etc.
This system allows us to message patients directly and share a link allowing patients to provide a direct response.
This information is then immediately integrated into you GP medical record.
We have been utilising this resource over the last few weeks and can advise that we have had a significant positive response, so we will be continuing to utilise this moving forward.
