Please be aware that the national switch on for prospective full access to medical records online that was intended to come into effect from the 1st November 2022 has been delayed currently. This is due to General Data Protection Regulations and patient safety concerns.
Village Surgery will continue to review and offer prospective full online access to records for our patients that have requested this either via System Online or in writing to the reception team. This has been our process since April 2020 and will continue until further guidance has been received.
