Extended access appointments will be available from 1st October 2022. These appointments will operate from 6.30pm-8.00pm on Monday and Wednesday and will provide access to clinical care and treatment from pre-booked appointments only. Monday will be telephone appointments and Wednesday face to face appointments.
You can contact our reception team in the regular manner to book these appointments. Appointments will be with a mixture of clinicians including GP, First Contact Physio, Practice Nurse, Social Prescriber, who (with your consent) will have access to your full medical records.
There is also availability for blood tests on Saturdays at Derby Urgent Care Centre, Osmaston Road, Derby, DE1 2GD. Patients are required to bring their blood form with them to this appointment, these appointments are bookable through our reception team.
