Village Surgery are looking at new and effective ways for patients to contact the surgery and cancelled scheduled appointments. This process has been created to reduce demand on our telephone system and allow us to utilise valuable appointments that are no longer required.
PROCESS
If you are unable to attend an appointment or no longer require a scheduled appointment please complete the following steps.
- Send an email to – [email protected]
- Please state your Name / DOB / Address
- In the Subject line please record – CANCEL APPOINTMENT
***Please be aware we will only cancel appointment when notified 15 mins prior to time of booking, if this is notified after then the appointment will be recorded as a Did Not Attend***
***Please be aware reception will be unable to reschedule this appointment for you over email***
