We are booking patients that fall into the At risk criteria and patients aged 50 to 64 years old.
If you receive an sms but already have an appointment schedule please disregard the message.
If you wish to decline for a flu jab please contact our reception team via email – [email protected] Please include your name / DOB and address in the email, advising that you wish to decline this years flu jab.
