We have been sending out links and invites to allow our patients to book in to the Covid Vaccination programme at Village Surgery. This is inline with government guidance to ensure that vaccinations are available to all of our patients.
Please be aware that Village Surgery will continue to send these messages to patients pending their vaccinations to ensure that all patients are given opportunity to book in.
If you do not wish to have your vaccinations patient can either continue to disregard these messages or contact the surgery on [email protected] and formally decline the vaccination programme.
Please be aware that if you choose to decline the vaccination programme you can still at a later date contact the surgery to book for a vaccination.
