I am writing to you to tell you how wonderfully your HCA has treated me for my burn injury.
In all of my years, she is the very best nurse that I have ever been treated by.
From the moment that I first entered her room for my initial appointment with her, I knew that she was indeed a one of a kind.
She greeted me with a warm smile and invited me to sit down, she explained to me that she had read my notes she was very supportive and reassured me that she was going to look after me and she was very sympathetic to my injury, which was a bad scold to my left leg, this put me at ease and her comforting demeanour and reassuring approach made me feel instantly that I could trust her.
The way she carefully and professionally treated, cleaned and dressed my wound was to the very highest standard of professionalism and commitment to being an exceptionally caring nurse. I cannot express how extraordinary and considerate her ongoing treatment of my wound has been she is a credit to the nursing profession and she provides an outstanding example of nursing practice at the very highest level.
In summary this wonderful nurse is indeed an angel.
