Action Plan from survey 2013-14

The Practice Reference Group is a mixture of our patients:  male, female, ethnic minorities and ages.  It includes patients covering all of our medical registers, including those with no long term conditions and carers.

The Group’s profile in the previous year fitted well with our practice profile. Eight new members have joined this year, increasing the group size – we continue to recruit via the website and by application forms in reception.

The group is virtual. All members were asked for their views on the questions to be included in the survey by email and the questionnaire agreed with them before publishing.

Survey questionnaires were made available in reception and on our website.  The home page of the website explained the survey and provided a link.  Our message display board in reception advertised the survey.

A draft action plan was produced, circulated to all group members for comment, amended to take into account reasonable suggestions and published. (see plan via link above).  The previous year plan is also available above.   The result of the surveys for both years vcan be seen by clicking “Survey Results” on the right side of our home page.

IF YOU ARE ASKED TO ATTEND VILLAGE SURGERY PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ARE WEARING A FACE MASK.
