Please see the attached guidance for all Village Surgery patients attending our Flu Campaign this year.
Please be aware that currently we are taking bookings for the over 65 clinics on Saturday 25th September & Sunday the 26th September.
We will be commencing our flu clinics with strict social distancing guidance to ensure that all of our patients and staff are protected through out.
If you have a difficulty with mobility please inform a member of staff and we will vaccinate you in your car for ease.
All attendees are required to socially distance and attend the clinics with a face covering.
