We have recieved a number of enquiries at the practice with regards to the National Opt Out that has been discussed and updated on the news over the past week.
Please be aware that patients can Opt Out using the following means –
NHS App – patients who have the app can do so using the following guidance and instructions –
Log on to the NHS app – go to ‘your health’ – scroll to the bottom of the page – Click on ‘Choose if data….’ – read the information and on the final page (4 pages) you can submit your choice to opt out.
Alternatively
Patients can go to https://your-data-matters.service.nhs.uk/landingpage where they can also submit there choice to opt out.
