Medicines Order Line (MOLs)

Due to the demand on the service the medicines order line have introduced a new way of ordering, please see information from MOLs below:

You may also be aware that to save patients waiting in a phone queue we have introduced a call back system where patients can email a request for a call back from a MOL operative. Patients can find information on how to email a request for a call back by visiting our website at https://www.derbyandderbyshireccg.nhs.uk/your-health-services/information-for-patients/prescription-medicines-order-line-mol/  

In the email itself patients will need to tell us: 1.The name of their GP practice 2.Their name 3.Their date of birth 4.Their contact telephone number 5.Press send Please note that no responses will be provided to patients via email as the purpose of email is to request a call back only. We expect to be able to call patients back within 48 hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) but that may vary according to the volume of enquiries we are processing. We will attempt to call patients back three times only.
